- 3 Bananas
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1-1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/3 Cup Milk
- 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg (lightly beaten)
Directions
- Peel and mash the bananas
- Mix the flour and other dry ingredients with the bananas, alternating with the milk until blended.
- Add the lemon juice and the lightly beaten egg.
- Drop the batter into the oil and fry until golden brown, flipping once.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
